Information about booking a private group event in our studio, at your venue or one of our community partners. LOST ARTS CLUB 2358 Wild Dove Rd Nanaimo, BC 250-619-4088 lostartsclub@outlook.com Private Group Bookings Private group classes are available for any of our classes or let us know your project idea and we will look into putting together your custom class. We can put together group crafts for events (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers), fun groups (scrapbooking, dreamboard making, etc.), day programs, team building, home schools, in school classrooms or in conjunction with training or education programs. The cost is the same per person as the crafts listed in our class categories . A minimum of 4 people is required; the group maximum depends on the craft. Most of our classes that we host in our studio can comfortably seat a maximum of 8-12 people depending on how much table space is required. If you would like us to host a class outside of our studio then the maximum number of participants will be dependent on the space that you want to host the class in or if you want to use one of our partner community venues. We may need up to 2 weeks notice to be able to gather the necessary supplies. Please note that for smaller classes hosted outside of the Nanaimo area there may be a charge for travel to your location. A $50 deposit is required to book your private event. For private parties in our studio you are welcome to bring food and beverages; the space will be yours to use for up to 2 hours; if you need a longer time please specify when you request your booking. 1/4 CONTACT US
